Charm wants everyone to be able to use this website comfortably — including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. In practice that means semantic structure, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation and forms, clear labels and error messages, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox. We review the site as we update it and fix issues as we find them. We do not claim the site is perfect, and we welcome being told where it falls short.
